DOMESTIC SHIPPING

In-Stock items ordered with standard ground service usually ship from our warehouse in 5-7 business days. All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide to almost every country. Orders are sent via FedEx and usually ship from our warehouse in 5-7 business days. All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. All shipments require a signature and may be subject to taxes, duties and customs fees to be paid upon delivery.

APO & FPO ADDRESSES

APO & FPO addresses are military installations around the globe both international and domestic. Orders to these addresses can only be shipped with the United States Postal Service. Shipping to APO & FPO addresses with USPS can take up to 30 days in transit before receipt. We are unable to expedite this shipping service. 

ALASKA & HAWAII

We are unable to ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii with ground service. Air options (2 Day or Overnight) are the only available shipping services we can offer for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

IN STOCK ITEMS

Most items shown on our website are in stock and ready to ship in 5-7 business days. However in stock items shipping from international warehouses may take slightly longer to ship after processing. Items from Angela & Alison, Chic & Holland, Cristallini, Fely Campo, Ilmio, In Couture, J'Adore, Jean Louis-Sabaji, Modessa Couture, Nicoletta, Odrella, Portia & Scarlett, Reverie Couture, Tarik Ediz, and Tina Holly Couture generally ship from international warehouses.

We are an authorized retailer for all of the designers that we carry and all of our dresses are 100% original pieces. Our items come directly from our designers and are completely new and unworn. All items are inspected for defects before shipping. To verify our authenticity you can find our information on any of our designers personal websites under "Where to buy" or similar link. We charge sales tax on qualifying orders in New York State only. New York State sales tax is 4% plus certain municipalities charge additional sales tax for a total tax up to 8.875%. Orders shipped in the US outside of New York will not be charged sales tax.
